SoloStudio

Hi. My name is Robby.

I’ve built brands and products for companies like Costco, Aldi, and Trader Joe’s, and for companies valued from $100 million to $1 billion. I’ve created shows for Netflix, and some on CBS and Hulu.

I kept coming back to the same job: make the work clear enough that someone understands it at once. A show. A product. A brand.

Solo Studio is that practice, for people building companies themselves. I’m the designer, the writer, and the person who decides. AI and design make up the rest of the team.

How I teach it

Sized for the person who is the company

  1. I write for the person doing the work

The lessons assume you will use them yourself, this week, on a real offer.

  2. I keep the words and the look together

They have to agree. When you are the only pair of hands, that agreement is the craft.

  3. I start with one person

The studio is for people building companies alone. A guide you can finish, and a letter you can use.
